Our Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines, policies, and service standards for all Velocity Group members and clients. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms, ensuring transparency, trust, and exceptional service at every stage. These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning and maintenance services provided by Velocity Bespoke Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service with us, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings may be made via WhatsApp, email, website form, or telephone. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is received and confirmation has been sent.

3. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This will be deducted from the final invoice. Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved invoicing arrangements for regular clients

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. Bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will have deposits transferred to a new date

5. Access to Property

You must provide clear access to the property at the agreed time. If our team is unable to access the property, the full service fee may still apply. Keys may be held securely by prior arrangement, with full liability coverage in place.

6. Cleaning Products & Equipment

For deep cleans, after-builders, and tenancy cleans, we provide all necessary equipment and cleaning materials. For regular domestic cleaning, clients may choose to provide their own products or request ours for an additional fee. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solutions as standard unless otherwise specified.

8. Liability & Insurance

Velocity Bespoke Cleaning is fully insured for public liability and employee coverage. ● ● We take all reasonable care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Clients are advised to declare any fragile or high-value items that require special handling.

9. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership packages are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation of memberships requires 30 days’ written notice. Unused services within a billing period are non-transferable and non refundable.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client information is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. Your information will never be shared or sold.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, illness, or transport disruption.

12. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website
